Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. (excluding bank holidays)
Orders placed online, out of hours or at weekends will be processed the next working day.
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for checking they have received the correct number of boxes by looking at the delivery ticket, and also the condition of the boxes, before signing for them. If the boxes do appear damaged, please note this on the delivery documentation. If you sign for the delivery 'received in good condition' or 'unchecked' any insurance claim you may make against the courier of damage in transit will be void. Please contact our sales team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any claims after this time cannot be considered.
If for any reason no-one is available to accept delivery, you can leave a signed note, this will be taken as proof of delivery. By doing so you are excepting a 'clean bill of delivery' and TFH Gazebos will be unable to make a claim on your behalf if the parcels are lost, stolen or have been damaged in transit.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 14 days of delivery, unused in the original packaging with the contents in the condition they were delivered, with your name, address and telephone number or a copy of your invoice. Refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders.
If an item is delivered wrong, faulty, or there is a missing item, then this must be reported to us by email sales@tfhgazebos.co.uk or calling 01277 350524 within 48 hrs of receiving the goods, items will be refunded, replaced or sent for repair at our own discretion providing the items have not been misused or damaged whilst in the possession of the customer. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us and we will issue a refund once you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery subject to the condition of the items, unused in the original packaging and providing there is no further damage other than that originally reported. No refund will be given if the items are returned damaged in transit due to poor packaging. We reserve the right to recover the cost of collections for goods returned.
