Finance is a fantastic way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve partnered with Duologi whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete the loan application quickly and entirely online.

Check Your Eligibility
Before you apply please note:
- Min age 18, Max age 75 at the end of the term
- Make sure you use your full name as shown on your passport
- Be a permanent UK resident, with minimum 3-year address history
- Make sure you are not using a VPN if applying online.
- In regular permanent employment, minimum 16 hours with minimum annual income £10,000
- Exclusions: Unemployed/ Students/Non-UK Residents
- Finance must be applied for in the name of the individual that is taking the goods or services.
- All details entered during the application process must be personal to the applicant. E.g. personal email address and mobile number
- Ensure gross annual income is entered for the sole applicant, not weekly/monthly or household income
- Have a good credit history, without any significant existing or recent arrears or with unspent insolvencies.
Our Payment Plan Options
We offer a range of interest-free finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The minimum value of the loan needs to be £400.00 and you can choose a deposit between 10 and 50% of the value of the goods.
Representative example would be:
0% finance over 12 months
- Total order value = £600
- 10% deposit = £60
- Total amount of credit = £540
- Duration = 12 months
- Representative APR = 0% (fixed)
- Interest charged = £0
- 12 monthly payments of = £45
- Total amount payable = £600
Paying with Finance
If purchasing online, first add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. When you reach the checkout select the best finance option for you and choose 'Pay with Duologi'. The quick application form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete. Or, if you are making a purchase from a quotation we have provided we'll provide you with the online application form, which takes a couple of minutes to complete.

Finance Decision
Your application will be assessed based on various factors including eligibility, credit history and affordability and Duologi will let you know the outcome of their decision.
In a very few cases, your application may be referred to the lender for manual underwriting. In such cases you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision. If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons. You should gain a copy of your credit file and this will be able to give you more information.
If approved, you just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and the process is complete.
Repaying the Loan
The first payment is due 25 days after the loan start date. This will show on your statement as a payment to Specialist Lending Ltd. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.
Any late or missed repayments may have serious consequences and your credit rating may be affected which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future. Offered subject to status and successful credit assessment.
Cancellation
There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, you need to notify Duologi.
A finance agreement does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we can cancel your application and we will refund your deposit. Duologi will let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.
