What is a custom printed gazebo?
It’s a pop up gazebo with your brand, logo, photos, colours and messaging printed directly onto the roof canopy and sidewalls. It’s ideal for trade shows, markets, festivals, and outdoor events, helping your brand stand out professionally.
How long does it take to receive a custom printed gazebo?
Standard production time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval, with delivery in 1 to 4 working days.

Can I design my own gazebo?
Yes. We can send you our artwork template so you can design it yourself.
Prefer to leave it to us? Just send over your logo, colours, photos, strapline, brand guidelines and any ideas you have, and our in house design team will create a visual mockup for you to review and approve before anything goes to print.
What artwork file formats do you need?
For logos and vector graphics, we need AI, EPS, PSD or PDF files. If your logo isn't available in one of these formats, our team can professionally recreate it as a vector file for a small fee, which is then yours to keep. For photos, we need high resolution JPEG, TIFF or PNG files at 300 DPI.
Can I see a proof before printing starts?
Absolutely. You'll receive a free visual mock up for amendment or approval before anything goes to print.
Can we use our own brand colours?
Yes. You can provide CMYK colour references directly, or we'll pull them from your logo, existing artwork or brand guidelines if you have them, to keep your brand colours as accurate as possible across every printed product. Not sure of your CMYK reference? A Pantone works just as well.
How long does a custom printed gazebo last?
With the right care and maintenance, a TFH printed gazebo can last for many years. Spare parts are available across the range, and printed covers can be replaced if needed.
Can I just print the roof or sidewalls?
Yes. You don't have to print every cover, choose just the roof, just one sidewall, or any number of sidewalls, in whatever combination suits your budget and setup. A printed roof isn't a requirement for printed sidewalls, or the other way around. Plain covers are available in a range of colours to complement your branding.
Can I order replacement printed covers?
Yes, we can reprint any roof or sidewall to fit your existing gazebo frame, or create a new design if you'd like a change. Just contact our team and we'll look up your order history.
Are printed gazebos suitable for outdoor use in bad weather?
Yes. Our printed gazebos are made with waterproof, fire retardant fabric, so they're ready for year round use at markets, festivals and outdoor events whatever the British weather throws at them. As with all pop up gazebos, they must be properly weighted or restrained to stay secure in windy conditions.
What is the minimum order quantity for a printed gazebo?
There's no minimum order quantity and no upper limit either. Whether you need a single gazebo or a large order across multiple sites or events, we have the production capacity to handle it with the same care and attention.
