Are your pop up gazebos waterproof and fire rated?
Yes. All our pop up gazebo covers are fully waterproof with taped seams for reliable protection outdoors. Every model except the Leisure Pro uses certified fire rated fabric (BS 7837) for added safety at events, markets and professional setups.
Do you offer personalised or branded gazebos?
Yes. We offer full custom printed gazebos from the S30 model upwards, including printed roof covers, sidewalls and accessories. Choose one of our best selling packages or create your own.
Do you supply trade and commercial customers?
Yes. We supply councils, market organisers, event companies, hire companies, schools and charities across the UK. Our S42 Heavy Duty Gazebos and S50 Commercial Gazebos are built for daily commercial use.
Can I get spare parts?
Yes. We stock spare parts across the entire pop up gazebo range, including frames, brackets, roof bars, replacement legs, roof covers and sidewalls.
Do your gazebos include a warranty?
Yes. Every gazebo includes a warranty from 1 to 5 years depending on the frame type.
How quickly do you deliver, and what if I need to return something?
Orders placed by 2 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. At checkout, you can choose between our 2–3 day service or next working‑day delivery to England and Wales. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight typically take 2-3 days. Unused items can be returned within 14 days, except bespoke custom printed gazebos. How do I maintain my gazebo?
Our pop‑up gazebos are engineered for durability and long‑term use, but regular care helps keep them performing at their best. Check all nuts and bolts periodically to ensure the frame stays secure. Clean metal parts with a light coating of silicone spray or WD‑40 to prevent corrosion and keep movement smooth. Wash and dry gazebo covers using our gazebo cleaner, then store your gazebo in a dry place between uses.
