What is your print process for branded gazebos?

At TFH Gazebos, we offer two professional printing methods to suit different branding needs:

Dye Sublimation Printing:
This premium technique uses heat and pressure to bond ink directly into the fabric fibres. It produces vibrant, long-lasting graphics that won’t crack or peel — ideal for full-coverage designs and repeated outdoor use.
Standard turnaround is approximately 10 working days from artwork approval.
Heat Press Printing:
A cost-effective option for adding simple logos or text to specific areas of the gazebo. It works best for solid colours and straightforward graphics, such as slogans or names, and is ideal when full-fabric coverage isn’t required.
Both methods are carried out in-house by our graphics team and provide mock-ups before printing to ensure your gazebo is on-brand.

This method uses heat to transfer vinyl-cut designs directly onto the material and works best for solid colours and straightforward graphics — perfect for names, slogans, or logo placement.

You have two options when designing your custom branded gazebo:
1. Use your own graphic designer: – We’ll supply you with a design template so your designer can create artwork that fits our specifications perfectly.
2. Let us help you: – Simply provide your logo(s), brand colours, and a brief description of what you’re looking for, and our in-house graphics team will create a professional mock-up for you.

Yes, all our branded gazebos are made with waterproof polyester canopies and walls. Manufactured form high quality steel and aluminium frames, built to withstand most UK weather conditions and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can printed gazebos be used indoors?

Absolutely. All our printed gazebos are built for outdoor use, which means they’re durable and weather-resistant — but they work just as well indoors too. Whether you're attending a trade show, exhibition, or setting up a pop-up space, any of our models will perform reliably inside. How long does it take to receive a custom printed gazebo?

Printed gazebos are generally delivered within 7–10 working days across the UK. If you need your printed gazebo in a short space of time, we offer an express print service — just let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Do printed gazebos come with accessories?

Yes, some packages include half walls, flags and tablecloths — all designed to match your gazebo branding. We also offer a wide range of printed accessories and general gazebo accessories such as weights, flooring, lighting, and more to customise your setup.
