TFH Gazebos guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 7 days of delivery, unused in the original packaging with the contents in the condition they were delivered, with your name, address and telephone number or a copy of your invoice.
Refunds are only accepted within 14 days of original purchase date, after this period we offer an exchange or credit note. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the goods, less any shipping charges, within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the goods until they reach us, if you fail to take care of the goods, TFH Gazebos reserve the right to refuse return or refund.
Any item delivered different to the one you ordered will be exchanged at no extra cost to you. If the relevant item is no longer available, you will be offered the chance to exchange the item to another one of your choice or request a full refund. If you order the wrong item/s unintentionally, we will exchange it providing we receive the item/s within 7 days of delivery, unused in the original packaging and providing we have the item/s you require in stock. However, you will be liable for the extra cost of delivery. If we are to send a replacement for a faulty or defective item, you may be required to return the original item or provide evidence of the fault which must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Used goods cannot be returned without good reason and we reserve the right to repair or replace any goods proven faulty.
Manufacturing defect fault claims are required by email or post with photographic evidence. This provides us the details to make a decision to either repair or replace the goods.
*Please Note: If your time has expired to return your goods within the terms and conditions set, then your right for customer service will also have expired.
Refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from receipt of goods.
Faulty, Missing or Wrong Items:
If an item is delivered wrong, faulty, or there is a missing item, then this must be reported to us by email or calling 01277 350523 within 48 hrs of receiving the goods, items will be refunded, replaced or sent for repair at our own discretion providing the items have not been misused or damaged whilst in the possession of the customer. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us and we will issue a refund once you have returned the goods to us within 7 days of delivery subject to the condition of the items, unused in the original packaging and providing there is no further damage other than that originally reported. No refund will be given if the items are returned damaged in transit due to poor packaging. We reserve the right to recover the cost of collections for goods returned.

We offer between one & three years manufacturers warranty on defective parts.
When your delivery arrives please check the order is complete and check all boxes and packaging for damage, if damaged please mark the parcel service record as 'packaging/box damaged'. All deliveries must be signed for, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a further delivery attempt will be made, if this proves to be unsuccessful any further delivery attempts will cost £10.00 per delivery. All parcels will be sent back to us after 5 days from due date of delivery if no further instructions are received from the customer for undelivered parcels due to attempted delivery.
All gazebos, large & heavy objects we send are tracked by our parcel service on a Next day delivery, but it is not a guaranteed service although 99.9% of the time our parcels arrive with our customers the next working day. If a gazebo or goods ordered are delivered late, or past a specific delivery date requested by the customer, TFH Gazebos will not be liable for any third party losses or compensation incurred by the customer.
TFH Gazebos take care to ensure the description of all the products on our web site are true and accurate when written, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee as to their performance or suitability for any particular purpose. All goods purchased are at the purchaser’s own risk and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that might be suffered as a consequence of any gazebos or products purchased from us.
We accept major credit cards/debit cards VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Switch/Maestro. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any non delivery delay. We also accept postal orders and cheques. We will not dispatch goods payed for by cheque until the cheque has cleared.

TFH Gazebos warrants that all products sold on its web site shall be free of any manufacturing defects and sub standard workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years dependent on which product is purchased, from the date of the original purchase, on the condition that the goods have not been used. If any of our products are found to be defective, TFH Gazebos in its sole discretion shall limit its responsibility to the repair or replacement of the defective part or parts.
i)This warranty only covers faulty or missing components and does not cover damage caused by adverse weather wind, rain, snow or other forces of nature, accidents, improper assembly or dis-assembly or adjustment during set-up or take down, normal wear and tear, rips, tears, piercings and the like, discolouring from cooking equipment, improper assembly or dis-assembly or adjustment during set up or take down, or any abuse, misuse or neglect by the user.
Gazebo fabric is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects only as outlined here and in item i) above. We do not cover against mould, damage or decay through improper storage. Gazebo covers and fabric accessories must not be stored away wet for longer than 24 hours, the covers must be allowed to dry before storing away.
Wheeled carry bags are covered for 1 month for faulty components only as outlined in item i) above.
We advise that, if you are planning to leave your gazebo erected for many days, weeks or months to check the weather regularly to ensure the safety and integrity of the structure. We do not advise leaving the covers on the gazebo for prolonged periods of sun, wind and rain to decrease fading and decaying of the gazebo covers, in the event of strong winds we recommend that the structure be taken down completely or at a minimum the covers removed.
Our gazebos are not permanent structures. They should not be left unattended for prolonged periods of time and should not be assembled during adverse and/or windy weather conditions. Damage caused by incorrect use or incorrect anchoring of gazebos in severe weather or through improper use is NOT covered by our warranty.
During extremely cold weather the windows on the sidewalls may become brittle if stored in cold conditions. It is recommended to store in a moderately warm area. If you feel the material may have been subject to a cold environment then unpack the sidewalls at room temperature to avoid cracking as your warranty will not cover you for cracked window panels.
We recommend that you contact your personal insurance advisor to check or add insurance cover under your household or business policy.
All of our products (including printing and bespoke items) will be branded with the TFH logo, this branding is not optional and is included on every product sold to identify where they were purchased.
Any damage claims made under warranty must follow this procedure:
A) You must notify the company immediately by email with a full description of the damage and supported by a digital photograph.
B) Repack the defective part(s) in the original packaging and notify the company when the goods are ready to collect.
C) After we have examined the defective part(s), we will arrange for re delivery of a replacement part subject to stock availability, provided that the goods have not been used or mistreated in any way by the purchaser. If, in the company’s opinion there is evidence that the goods have been used and that the damage has been incurred as a result of such use, the company reserves the right as to either a) accept the goods for full replacement, b) offer a replacement part on payment of a 50% repair charge or c) decline to accept the goods and return them to the customer in their damaged state. Under these circumstances, the purchaser will be liable for the carriage cost of collection and return.
All of our gazebos are high quality but they must be used correctly and sensibly, please remember they are temporary, portable and not permanent structures, they are only pop up gazebos. Our warranty does not cover improper use and all gazebos will not be covered under the warranty if left up overnight, used in adverse weather conditions, not being suitably restrained, weighted/staked down to suit the conditions at the time of use, or left unattended. Although our gazebos are suitable for all of the previously mentioned, the UK weather is very unpredictable and we cannot offer repair or replacement under the warranty if damage occurs in any of these situations or similar.
We recommend removing the roof canopy from the frame after every use to avoid catching/nicking the fabric in the gazebo framework when it is being packed away and stored.
Our gazebos are not covered under the warranty if damage has been caused when erecting or dismantling the gazebo.
Import & Duties:
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged when the shipment reaches your country, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the customer. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and we advise our customers to contact their local customs office for further information. You may also be responsible for import duties to your local authority. All actions of individual customs authorities are out of our control, the purchaser is responsible and we accept no liability for their actions.
Limitation of Lliability
TFH Gazebos attempts to ensure that the information available on our website at any time is truthful and accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free and uninterrupted. TFH Gazebos does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site, any interruption in the conduct of any transaction or any failure to complete a transaction. All liability, in negligence or otherwise, for any loss arising from the use of these particulars is hereby excluded.
In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:
• incompatibility of the www.tfhgazebos.co.uk site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
• technical problems including errors or interruptions of the www.tfhgazebos.co.uk site
• unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the www.tfhgazebos.co.uk site

TFH Management Ltd t/a TFH Gazebos reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and we recommend that you view them on a regular basis.
TFH Management Ltd t/a TFH Gazebos shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, terrorism, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and that TFH Management Ltd t/a TFH Gazebos shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
TFH Gazebos is a trading name of TFH Management Ltd
