Description

The S30 lite is our new entry level budget gazebo, due to the increased demand in the industry we have introduced this range to service the needs of customers looking for quality alongside affordability. The S30 frame is made from hammer-coated steel, which has been manufactured from 32mm x 32mm box section steel leg with nylon brackets making it a strong frame without the big price tag. All the parts are replaceable, unlike most high street ranges which have riveted joins.

Our canopy and sidewall set are made from 320g/m² close mesh polyester fabric which is 100% waterproof, and UV rated making this the perfect choice for gardens providing shade and protection from the British weather our S30 is also a great choice for a start-up business or small charities. The triangle footplate makes the S30 lite suitable for hard & soft surfaces with weight options available.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We offer Next Day delivery if your order is placed by 3pm to Mainland UK addresses.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands (postcodes IV, KW1-15, PA34, PA37-39 and PH19-31) will be on a 2 day delivery service.

We ship to the whole of Europe, transit times range from 2-5 days and the rates will be shown when shipping options are chosen at the checkout.

Worldwide shipping is available on all items. Please contact us to confirm the items you require and a delivery address. We can then send over a quote for the goods with a delivery cost.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to track your parcel online using our courier’s websites.
Please ensure somebody is available to accept the delivery as a signature is required upon delivery.
Upon receiving your delivery please check that all boxes have been received and are in good condition before signing for them. If any damage is evident, please sign for these as damaged.

Returns
If you need to return an item ordered online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased, please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging for us to issue a refund.
If goods are delivered wrong, faulty or missing, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, either by email at [email protected] or over the phone by calling 01277 350524.

*Please note that refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders due to the nature of these goods

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.
