Made to fit any size table or stand and to fit all our 4ft, 5ft, 6ft, 1.4m, 3m and 4.5m tables and trade counters

Printed Tablecloths play a key part on any exhibitors stand creating brand awareness with great impact and a very popular promotional tool.

  • They can be printed with any design with full sides or open ends to suit your own design & layout.
  • Made from 230g Polyester
  • Printed using the latest dye sublimation print technology.
  • Printed with any design in any colour
  • Colors can be pantone matched to blend with corporate colors (within a tolerance)
  • No limit on colors or size of artwork
  • Printed in 7 working days from final artwork sign off.
  • Choose the desired size from the drop down list above and add to cart then follow the checkout procedure or you can place your order by phone.
  • If the printed tablecloth is not to be purchased or used with one of our tables or trade counters please state the length, width and depth of the table/stand it is to go on either in the order comments box when going through the checkout or by email as below when submitting your artwork.
  • You will need to email your artwork files to [email protected] in the formats as outlined below with a description of where you would like text and logos to be positioned and we will need to know the color the tablecloth needs to be printed in if its not going to be matched to any of our standard gazebo colours.
  • We'll then create a design proof for you or we can provide templates for you to create your own design.
  • Once your artwork has been approved your printed tablecloth or cover can be printed and will be ready for delivery in 7 working days.
  • If you have trouble in supplying the correct format, we can reproduce your artwork/logo for you which will be yours to keep once the order is finished and paid for. A cost to re-produce artwork will be determined once we have seen the logos.

Please supply artwork in the following formats:
  • Logo's and artwork - Vector graphic format, Ai (Adobe illustrator), EPS or PDF (pdf must be vectorised graphics)
  • Photographic Images - Hi resolution jpeg, tiff or png and suggest 150dpi minimum at full size
  • Please convert all text to outlines and save files as .eps, Ai or pdf or provide us with the font name or font files
  • All artwork to be supplied in CMYK colour mode.

    I cannot thank TFH Gazebos enough, the quality of the table cloth is amazing, the customer service is outstanding. They helped with my logo redraw, sending many design options. At times it was very hard to decide. They have helped make my little business look very professional and eye catching. I hope to be back for more products soon.

Shipping & Returns


We offer Next Day delivery if your order is placed by 3pm to Mainland UK addresses.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands (postcodes IV, KW1-15, PA34, PA37-39 and PH19-31) will be on a 2 day delivery service.

We ship to the whole of Europe, transit times range from 2-5 days and the rates will be shown when shipping options are chosen at the checkout.

Worldwide shipping is available on all items. Please contact us to confirm the items you require and a delivery address. We can then send over a quote for the goods with a delivery cost.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to track your parcel online using our courier’s websites.
Please ensure somebody is available to accept the delivery as a signature is required upon delivery.
Upon receiving your delivery please check that all boxes have been received and are in good condition before signing for them. If any damage is evident, please sign for these as damaged.

If you need to return an item ordered online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased, please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging for us to issue a refund.
If goods are delivered wrong, faulty or missing, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, either by email at [email protected] or over the phone by calling 01277 350524.

*Please note that refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders due to the nature of these goods

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.
